The hotel is ideally located near Duval Street, offering rooms that meet your needs despite a tiny washroom and slightly noisy A/C unit. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, but the multitasking with phone calls could be improved. The location is fabulous, providing easy access to all the action on Duval Street, with shower improvements needed. The dining experience had its hits and misses, depending on hotel occupancy levels.

The hotel was adorable and clean, just off the pool side. The rooms were clean and cool, for toiletries and towels were old, thin, and course. Dina kindly helped me with changing rooms. The service was friendly and quite helpful, with staff being friendly, nice, and taking the time to chat a little. The location was conveniently walkable from all Key West attractions, central to anything you want to do, but the rooms could offer more private sunbathing for those interested in a topless option. The dining was good but limited, offering a variety of breakfast options. The facilities were satisfactory with a newspaper service and tours/ticket assistance available.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a few drawbacks. The rooms were very comfortable but heavily smelled of bleach. The service was friendly and accommodating, although multitasking was a slight issue. The location was beautiful and serene, although lacking in information for allergy sufferers. The dining experience was adequate but could use more variety. The facilities were well-maintained and functional.

The hotel had a spacious room with a King bed by the poolside. While the room lacked privacy even after airing it out, it was comfortable and included a large bathroom. The hotel provided a great tropical ambiance and free breakfast, but changing rooms was a minor inconvenience.
